
Social Mission
Tooth decay affects the health and self-confidence of millions of people around the world. That’s why Pepsodent has a mission to change oral care habits, starting with children.
Central to this mission is Pepsodent’s 21-day Brush Day and Night Programme. This initiative aims to improve school children’s dental health through education on oral hygiene and toothbrushing, reinforced over 21 days.

A study carried out in partnership with the FDI World Dental Federation showed that the programme led to:
- 25% increase in twice-daily brushing
- Sustained behaviour change for 6–12 months.
Thanks to the dedication of our dental professional partners, Pepsodent’s school programmes and free dental check-ups have reached more than 75 million people over the last 25 years.
